Firstly, check your BI0S boot options; 1.make sure the hard drive is on AUTO DETECT 2. Disable the floppy drive 3.Enable the hard disk as the only boot device 4.Disable the memory tests and POST, enable quick boot Secondly you must disable the windows welcome screen (control panel-user accounts-change the way users login). Disable the windows logo via msconfig/ Boot.ini/NOBOOTGUI.They r loads mo tweaks, but for now try these out.
